Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive individual to handle calls with existing commercial property loan customers regarding repricing their loans. Your role will involve:

• Contacting customers when their current loan packages are ending to discuss OCBC’s refinancing offers.
• Convincing customers to choose our repricing package to maintain portfolio volume and profitability.
• Ensuring all documentation is accurate and complies with property financing regulations.
• Cross-selling and referring customers to other bank products when suitable.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle objections effectively.
• Mature, organized, and able to take initiative.
• Comfortable working independently and in a team.
• A good customer service mindset, with a focus on providing excellent support.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience working in an IT Organisation as part of a Payments group, in the role of Functional Analyst.

• Must have experiences in implementation of leading Payments solutions at large MNC banks.

• Strong understanding of Global Payments Processing and E2E Payment workflows

• SWIFT & ISO 20022 Message Processing

• Clearing & Settlement Systems (e.g. RTGS, Domestic Batch, RTP & Cross Boarder schemes)
