We are looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding business, you will be involved in full cycle of technical recruitment where you will be trained to source, qualify, manage, negotiate and close offers for mid to senior level professionals. On another end, you will also be exposed to conduct Business Development activities to partner with new clients and hire the best talent in the market. This opportunity will also allow you to gain commercial knowledge and apply it on a daily basis.

As you will be working with our clients in Hong Kong, ability to converse fluently in cantonese is absolutely necessary.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior SAP FICO Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead a team of SAP FICO professionals and play a key role in managing and optimizing our financial systems and processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide expert guidance and ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of SAP FICO solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of SAP FICO professionals, providing mentorship, coaching and performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative environment, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.

SAP FICO Implementation and Optimization: Oversee the design, implementation, and customization of SAP FICO solutions to meet complex business needs. Ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other modules and external systems.

Financial Process Improvement: Analyze financial processes to identify opportunities for optimization and automation using SAP FICO. Implement process improvements aligned with industry best practices and regulatory standards.

Project Management: Plan and execute SAP FICO projects, ensuring delivery within timelines and budgets. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and manage resources.

Technical Expertise: Act as the subject matter expert for SAP FICO, providing guidance on configurations, customizations and integrations. Stay updated on industry trends and SAP best practices.

User Training and Support: Develop and deliver training for end users to enhance proficiency in SAP FICO. Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve user queries.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes and solutions. Generate regular reports on system performance and project progress.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation, configuration and support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• SAP Certification is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience in team leadership and people management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with expertise in SAP FICO solutions.

• To provide technical/project consultancy in support of sales at client meetings and on conference calls.

• Where required - to review technology/service offerings/products with internal and external parties as part of any evaluation or development process.
• Develop and maintain product proficiency and competency level by attending mandatory training classes and successfully completing required levels of competency.
• When required, to develop and deliver training that ensures that the Sales teams understand and use technologies to the required level.
• Report monthly to the Pre-Sales Manager on pre-sales progress and development

Job requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/Engineering or similar discipline with minimum 3-4 years in system integration work or relevant pre-sales role.
• Certifications in various areas such as MCSE, CCNA, CCDP etc will be an advantage.
• Experience in multi operating system platform will also be an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and conceptualization of system design and integration with excellent communication, presentation and proposal writing skills.
• Relevant experience in project and team management is an added advantage.
• Should be able to present solutions at senior management level on the value proposition.
