Key Responsibilities

· Comprehend Workday integrations from multiple endpoint systems as well as holistic interchange services rendering effective data quality and dependable exchanges of digital information.

· Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for integrating Workday cloud application with external applications across HR, Finance, and other areas where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

· Basic understanding of the Security Configuration and Business Process set up in the tenant is a must.

· Analyse, design, build, test and deploy Workday integration including Studio, EIB, and supplement with any 3rd party coding.

Job Description

· Initiate and develop client relationships through calls and meetings.

· Build a network of high-quality candidates relevant to your client portfolio through advertising, headhunting, seeking referrals and exploring our extensive talent database.

· Generate leads and vacancies, matching client needs with appropriate candidates & strategic recruitment solutions.
