JOB SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide user support and customer service on Dynamics NAV/Business Central.

2. Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate actions

3. Maintain comprehensive experience and strong knowledge of core software, business processes and best practices, related technologies and enhancements, and industry trends

4. Work on break/fix support to ensure clients experience with minimal service disruptions

5. Escalate ISV related product issues and work with partners to drive for resolution

6. Apply experience and knowledge while working with clients to ascertain solution requirements, potential technical options within Dynamics NAV /Business Central and related technologies, and scope and resource requirements associated with each option

1. Degree in a relevant discipline e.g. IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Science

2. Advanced working knowledge in Dynamics NAV/Business Central

Project Manager (CCTV)

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan and drive large scale project that focus on CCTV installation and video analytics islandwide
• Ensure assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Upfront planning to ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop detailed project plan to monitor, implement and track progress
• Manage changes to the CCTV Project Scope, Project Schedule, and Project Costs.
• Manage relationship with customers and relevant stakeholders
• Develop spreadsheets and PowerPoint to document needs and update

Requirements

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Knowledge of Singapore Government procurement and governance processes will be an added advantage
• Proven experiences (at least 5 years) in handling large scale projects in ICIT environment and preferably in CCTV/ Video analytics related project
• Deep understanding in Agile development for software products
• Experience with project management software tools
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong in handling CCTV Projects.
• Excellent client-facing and internal/external communication skills
• Proficient in planning, managing, delegating, and coaching
• Working location is in Jurong East
