· Customer Success: Develop and manage all client onboarding activities from project kick-off, training, configuration, data migration and “System Live”.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy scalable AI solutions using Azure OpenAI services, integrating AI and machine learning models into production applications.
• Design and implement Python-based applications that leverage Azure’s cloud infrastructure, APIs, and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and other developers to design, test, and implement features for a variety of applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot and optimize AI solutions, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering and design to testing and deployment.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Software Developer or similar role with a strong focus on cloud technologies, particularly Azure.
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI (or other AI platforms) for deploying and managing machine learning models.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, FastAPI, or Flask for building AI-driven applications.
• Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure Storage.
• Familiarity with RESTful API development and integrating external services with Python applications.

1. Proven experience as a .NET Core Developer or similar role.

2. Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C# and related backend technologies.

3. Experience building microservices architecture and implementing event-driven design patterns is advantage.

4. Proficiency in Entity Framework (EF) for database management.

5. Experience in fronend techlogies like AngularJS/ReactJS

6. Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles and their application in backend development.

7. Experience implementing OAuth for authentication and authorization.

8. Understanding of security best practices and their application in backend development.

• Must have minimum of 5 years of IT systems development experience in Banking industry, candidate with design and test case creation experience is highly preferred.
• Must have Business analysis or consulting experience in banking industry, especially overseas remittance area experience is preferred.
• Must have experience in the global BPR and/or system rollout project experience.
• Must have good communication skill in English (both spoken and written). Able to speak in Japanese language in order to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders and client.
• Must be proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. XML file format knowledge is also preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
