Your Role

As an SAP BASIS Consultant, you are expected to work & deliver autonomously, coaching colleagues while working on customer and internal engagements.

Your Responsibilities

a. Liaise with stakeholders to understand business needs and user requirements, change management and be part of technical requirements and design.

b. Support/perform SAP Basis Administration activities such as user administration, transporting objects, technical setup to SAP systems.

c. Document SAP processes, procedures, and plans; including changes, upgrades, and new services.

d. Work closely with the clients and business stakeholders to understand their pain points and requirements.

e. Install, configure, maintain, migrate or upgrade the SAP systems as required.

f. Coordinate and drive basis related initiatives with the SAP delivery team.

g. Manage service requests and coordination with customers in a SAP RISE environment like client copies, review of EWA reports and apply SAP security notes.

h. Look into and troubleshoot SAP Basis related issues.

i. Perform regular maintenance and performance Tuning for Database and SAP systems.

j. Maintain design specifications, documentations, development and testing methodology.

k. Provide application support and involves in various stages of SDLC.

l. Vendor management.

m. Handle SAP project design, testing, training implementation.

About you

Your Knowledge, Skills and Qualification

a. Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience.

b. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in SAP BASIS/Netweaver/ABAP Application Server monitoring and Administration.

c. Effective communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

d. Independent with strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.

e. Strong integration working experience with other SAP modules.

f. Related professional/technical qualification will be a plus although not mandatory.

g. Good problem solving, analytical, synthesis, system thinking and solutioning skills.

h. Expert in investigating and resolving issues related to system performance.

i. Can document SAP processes, procedures, and plans; including changes, upgrades, and new services.

j. Relevant SAP Certification would be a plus.

Your Experience

a. Familiar with SAP ECC and HANA on-premises and on RISE environments.

b. Experience in the SAP ABAP/JAVA stack and interfaces.

c. Good experience in BPC system configurations, upgrades/installations, performance tuning and migration activities

d. Expert in investigating and resolving issues related to system performance.

e. Can document SAP processes, procedures, and plans; including changes, upgrades, and new services.

f. Exposure to emerging SAP technologies like SAP BTP, SAP S4HANA public cloud would be a plus.

g. Relevant SAP Certification would be a plus.

h. Experience in regional template roll-out.

The Consultant who will be responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment so as to ensure smooth running of the operations. He/She will be responsible for general permanent staffing in the commercial space. Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• CEI certification is an advantage
• Minimum 2years of experience in recruitment or in a target-oriented environment
• Strong knowledge in staffing techniques and labour regulations
• Possess a high degree of diplomacy and tact in managing issues and difficult situations
• To be actively involved in a highly dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

The role of a Principal Consultant is to lead and manage Business Development activity and Key Accounts Management in your industry of specialization to achieve and exceed the budgeted gross profit and contribution to BTI Executive Search Singapore.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for driving your verticals including but not limited to cross-selling to other business vertical within BTI Executive Search Singapore while working closely with your Practise Leader and the senior management team to achieve your individual revenue targets.
• Identify new clients, build and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing key clients to bring in regular and new businesses; also, to increase our corporate presence and branding within the marketplace.
• Responsible for initiating the Company towards further expansion. To explore new business areas and markets for existing products & BTI solutions
• Provide specialist advice on your specialisation to your clients and candidates
• Participate in networking events and assignments to increase industry knowledge and presence

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Degree holder – any discipline
• At least 6 years’ experience from within the executive search industry with exposure from key industries (e.g. Technology, Banking & Finance, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas / Petrochemical, FMCG)
• Strong client partnering skill and candidate management skill
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
