Your areas of focus will be:

• Client Servicing: Providing day-to-day consultancy and client management through close collaboration to support clients’ business objectives and targets for the market. Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to track and review all campaign results to ensure client satisfaction.
• Strategy: Support account lead and teams in conceptualisation, development, and execution of strategic 360-degree communication plans (with measurable objectives)
• PR: Devise and drive strategy for media pitching, identify and pitch compelling stories and features, provide counsel to spokespersons, manage and resolve crisis when required, and assist in sample management and coordination for fashion brands.

To succeed in the role, you will have:

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university
• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Communications and/or PR. Previous agency experience with proven track record in client satisfaction is a plus
• A good understanding of global and industry trends in fashion, beauty, luxury and lifestyle
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Understanding of clients’ requirements with ability to execute effectively and efficiently
