Responsibilities:

You will be part of the team to assist clients in built environment industry to embark on their digital transformation journey. You will be involved in:

• Working with various stakeholders, which includes client teams, industry practitioners, technology providers and research institutions, to adopt latest digital technology and develop solutions to support the built environment;
• Evaluate the feasibility of the various new and emerging methodologies and technologies;

Requirements:

• A diploma/degree in Architecture, Engineering, or construction-related discipline.
• 3-9 years of working experience
• Able to work independently as well as effectively as a team and possess eagerness to learn
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, writing, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with BIM methodologies, techniques and keep up with the latest development
• Capable in Autodesk Revit or other BIM software

Job Description:

• Ensure that the solution architecture aligns with the roadmaps established by the enterprise architecture, and that it adheres to the enterprise architecture principles.
• Be a consumer and contributor to architecture collateral. The patterns and guidance developed should be reusable in a broader enterprise architecture context.
• Document and manage how multiple applications are poised to work together. Involves defining the interaction between application packages, databases, and middleware systems in terms of functional coverage.
• Collaborate with other development lead, developers, business analysts and test leads to develop and perform relevant testing
• Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time
• Analyze user requirements, design/development of software packages and release deployments
• Prepare and document release notes, enhancements checklists, project documentations etc
• Analyse and resolve technical and application problems

Required Experience:

• 5-6 years’ experience as a Technical Lead / Developer
• Having hands-on experience in deployment and implementation.
• Good to have prior Banking / Financial institution environment experiences
• Good communication skills both written and oral
• Able to drive/recommend solutions to extended technology teams.
• Self-starter with good crisis management skills.
• Able to lead and facilitate meetings, to lead the technical team in driving investigation of incidents and corrective actions follow-ups
• Capable to handle multiple concurrent initiatives.

• To assist in menu development from sourcing of ingredients to the final plating. Innovation, uniqueness and current trends should be take into consideration so as to meet current market demands.
• To source for high quality and fresh ingredients as well as cooking instruments required.
• Ensure that usage of ingredients are optimised, and that food wastage in the restaurant is kept at a minimal.
• Cost management and budgeting
• Tasting of final dishes to provide constructive comments to elevate quality.
• To educate fellow kitchen staff on best practices, culinary knowledge as well as techniques. Hygiene and food safety practices are also required.
• To educate front-of-house staff on recommendations to be suggested to customers, such as best food and beverage pairings.
