Summary

Basic salary + Commission

Basic requirements:

-Consultant experience needed for managerial roles otherwise beauty industry experience

- 6 days work week
- Other ad-hoc duties instructed by the manager
- Promote wide range of services and packages

- Able to commute well with peers / a team player
- Able to speak basic Chinese and English to maintain good after-sales relationship with different racial clients. (Most clients speak English and Chinese only)
- Strong negotiation and selling skills, well groomed and presentable.

The Consultant who will be responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment so as to ensure smooth running of the operations. He/She will be responsible for general permanent staffing in the commercial space. He/She will be given clients’ orders to work on and is responsible for maintaining their relationship with their clients and their own pool of candidates. At the same time, he/she will also be asked to do their own business development to bring in potential new clients for the company.

Responsibilities:

• To provide total solutions to clients’ staffing needs. Identify and pursue opportunities to cross sell other services and products to meet the needs of the client and increase revenue of branch/division.
• To meet monthly sales target in GP & Contribution
• To represent both the employer and employee and to manage & retain clients and candidates.
• Communicate terms and conditions of business including pricing (with appropriate approval) and guarantee provisions with clients to ensure common understanding of service expectations and costs.
• Understand the job-scope and the job-requirements from the clients before proceeding to source.
• To attract, select and present quality candidates who match the specific recruitment needs of our clients.
• To match the candidate to the right job and to provide opportunities to candidate.
• To manage and retain good candidates.
• Prepare written and verbal applicant resume summaries and brief candidates on the position & interview.
• To build strong relationship with clients and candidates. Maintain existing client relationships to ensure strong repeat buying and extension of services within the account.
• Regular client visits.
• To ensure all documentations are properly recorded in our system.
• Adhere to all quality procedures and recommend enhancements to operations, procedure or policy to ensure an environment of continual improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• CEI certification is an advantage
• Minimum 2years of experience in recruitment or in a target-oriented environment
• Strong knowledge in staffing techniques and labour regulations
• Possess a high degree of diplomacy and tact in managing issues and difficult situations
• To be actively involved in a highly dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.

Job Description

Technical/Functional Skills:

• SAP EWM/WM Architect
• Good knowledge in SAP EWM/WM, PP ,QM and MM integration
• Good knowledge in SAP and other 3rd party system integration
• Ability to map the user requirements
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Lead the onsite and vendors team

Job Responsibilities:

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on SAP configuration experience within the Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)/Warehouse Management (WM) is required.
• Participation in one/two full cycle implementations within EWM/WM with expertise in yard management & labor management and/or a minimum of 2 years of run support experience in EWM/WM is required.
• Knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management) is preferred
• Must have experience in EWM-ERP Master Data integration via Core Interfaces, Yard Management etc..
• Must have Experience in Configuring Pack, VAS and Quality Inspection, Configuring Physical Inventory, Configure Slotting and Rearrangement Post processing framework, Output configuration of Master Data & Warehouse Structure Creation and Dock.
• Must have Experience in direct goods receipt and deconsolidation , good issue process via stock transfer orders, put away and picking strategies, Kitting.
• Understand the interdependencies of the SAP PP, PP-PI, MM, QM and WM modules, including master data and transactional objects (e.g. orders, material documents etc.,)
• Strong exposure with Radio Frequency (Mobile data entry) functionalities.
• Good exposure in Handling Unit / Batch Management processes.
• Knowledge of GXP Processes is required.
• Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment is required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT/Engineering or related equivalent field.
• Experience in performing at least one full cycle of system configuration.
• Experience in CO experience will be helpful at work
