JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Provide corporate secretarial support for entities maintained by the Group, including:

· New company incorporations, strike-offs, share transfers and other related corporate secretarial work.

· Preparation of board/shareholder resolutions, minutes of meetings, and other relevant documents for ongoing corporate secretarial matters.

· Maintenance of registers and company secretarial records.

· Maintenance of general corporate files.

· Assist in drafting, editing and proofreading various contracts, correspondence and documents.

· Assist in preparation of corporate presentations and board meetings.

· Liaise with bank, auditors, company secretaries, lawyers and other external parties.

· Assist in collation of data and articles as required by Management.

· Support ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in corporate secretary work.

· Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Law or a related field.

· Holding or currently pursuing corporate secretarial qualification or having a legal background is an advantage.

· Positive working attitude with strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills.

· Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and meticulously under tight deadlines.

The Role

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain exposure to the retail landscape and make an impact on the success of the business. The candidate will be work closely with our retail leadership, commercial, supply partners, and logistics team to ensure that our customers have improved on shelf availability, as well as utilizing analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement and report on key performance indicators to help guide decision making. The key responsibilities are as follows:

• Develop and maintain demand forecasting models to accurately predict product demand
• Effectively build the promotion uplifts and manage trend, and seasonality with respect to the DFI Banner stores
• Collaborate with commercial, category and vendors to ensure the timely availability of products
• Create the supply planning in collaboration with the supply partner and monitor inventory levels and adjust replenishment orders as needed
• Analyze data and use it to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvement
• Participate in the development and implementation of inventory management strategies
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and demand forecasts
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as fill rate and inventory accuracy
• Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, and/or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supply chain/demand planning role
• Proficiency in demand forecasting and inventory management skills, systems knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI or Data Query/Analytics
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

As a Social Media Executive, you will play a key role in creating and executing content strategies. You’ll manage content calendars, assist in content creation, and be responsible for coordinating influencer partnerships. Your role will involve working closely with the social media team to ensure timely, high-quality content that aligns with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Calendar Management: Plan and maintain content calendars, ensuring a steady stream of engaging content that aligns with client goals.
• Content Planning: Work with the team to create and schedule posts for social media platforms, ensuring consistency and timely delivery.
• Influencer Management: Manage relationships with influencers, coordinate collaborations, and track deliverables to ensure campaigns are executed as planned.
• Content Creation: Assist in the creation of social media posts, including writing captions and sourcing visuals that resonate with the target audience.
• Campaign Support: Support the team in the execution of campaigns, tracking content performance and making recommendations for optimization.
• Reporting: Assist in tracking and reporting the performance of social media campaigns, helping to measure the success of content and influencer collaborations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure content is on-brand and aligned with client objectives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in social media management or content creation, ideally in an agency setting.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Experience in content planning and managing content calendars.
• Basic understanding of influencer marketing and experience in managing influencer relationships.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients and teams.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative, proactive, and highly organized with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, retail, or lifestyle industries.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and influencer tracking platforms.
