JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Provide corporate secretarial support for entities maintained by the Group, including:
· New company incorporations, strike-offs, share transfers and other related corporate secretarial work.
· Preparation of board/shareholder resolutions, minutes of meetings, and other relevant documents for ongoing corporate secretarial matters.
· Maintenance of registers and company secretarial records.
· Maintenance of general corporate files.
· Assist in drafting, editing and proofreading various contracts, correspondence and documents.
· Assist in preparation of corporate presentations and board meetings.
· Liaise with bank, auditors, company secretaries, lawyers and other external parties.
· Assist in collation of data and articles as required by Management.
· Support ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in corporate secretary work.
· Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Law or a related field.
· Holding or currently pursuing corporate secretarial qualification or having a legal background is an advantage.
· Positive working attitude with strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and meticulously under tight deadlines.
