• Review and verify general ledger accounts assignment of non-trade purchase orders and payment requests
• Review weekly accounts payable payment proposal

GST reporting and audit preparation support

• Prepare quarterly GST report for submission to tax authorities according to the applicable tax regulations
• Checks completion of transaction documents to ensure GST filing compliance
• Prepare withholding tax computation
• Provide support in preparation of information to be provided for internal and external auditors to facilitate the auditing process and statutory financial reporting

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in basic office software
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with an ERP system
• SAP Experience
• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• 1 year working in an accounting related role to 2 years post-graduation experience in an accounting role with a multi-national company

2. Payment processing - Trade & non-trade
3. Staff Claim & Petty Cash processing
4. Back-up Accounts Receivable Functions when needed
5. Other Ad-hoc tasks that assigned

Requirement

• Partial (> 3 years experience) AP & AR related knowledge and experiences
• GST knowledge
• SAP Business One knowledge will be an advantage
