The Position:

• Manage timely acquisition, archival and processing of stool samples
• Perform basic laboratory preparations and protocols
• Troubleshoot and resolve laboratory issues

· Maintenance of laboratory equipment and facilities.

• Ensure that SOP and safety regulations are followed
• Train interns in lab protocols and the safe use of lab equipment
• Liaise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Project management
• Other Ad-hoc work as assigned by lab manager or lab head

Job requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences or other related discipline

• Proactive with positive attitude, able to work independently and as a team player.
• Able to multitask and produce good quality of work with tight timeline.
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Keen interest in working at a start-up laboratory
• Organized person with the ability to follow detailed operational procedures closely
• Attention to detail and able to consistently perform work accurately according to our high standards

· Strong logical thinking, and communication skills

• Comfortable with handling stool specimens on a daily basis

As a Finance Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing key financial processes such as invoicing, reconciliation, audit support, and other general accounting tasks. This role supports the finance team in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial transactions and plays a critical part in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Responsibilities

• Issue sales invoices, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with relevant requirements.
• Process customer payments and ensure accurate application to customer accounts.
• Prepare reconciliation between CRM and ERP systems during the month-end to ensure the accuracy of billings.
• Collaborate with the accounts payable colleague in a buddy system to ensure smooth operations in both accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparing audit schedules and journal entries.
• Assist with internal and external auditor requirements, including accounting-related documents and records.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in accounting, with a preference for those who've navigated the automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software systems, preferably CRM and ERP.
• Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word etc.)
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
