Accounting and Financial Management

• Maintain the full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

• Ensure proper accounting records are maintained and that financial policies and procedures are adhered to.

Budgeting and Forecasting

• Assist in quarterly budgeting and forecasting exercises.
• Prepare and review financial reports to support informed decision-making.

Administrative and Operational Support

• Administer payroll processing, CPF submissions, and staff benefits.
• Process invoices for payment and refunds to customers, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Support operational administrative tasks such as providing bank statements and processing financial documents.
• Assist in purchasing, report typing, invoicing, and other admin-related activities.
• Register trainees in the TPGateway system.

Ad-Hoc Duties and Collaboration

Job Requirements

Job Summary

The Executive Officer performs core Secretariat functions to support the MENDAKI Club Executive Committee (EXCO) in the execution of events and programmes which help Malay/Muslim youths and professionals (i.e., youths aged between 13 to 35 years old) excel and support one another, as well as the internal operations of the Club. The aforementioned Secretariat functions are carried out by the Executive Officer and Manager under the MENDAKI Club Secretariat, supported by the Executive Assistant.

The incumbent is expected to work between 9.00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekdays, but may be required to work occasional weekday evenings and/or weekends to support the Club’s EXCO meetings and events. A commensurate number of time-off hours or days will be provided for time spent working outside regular working hours. Partnership and Programme Development & Delivery
