The Opportunity

The role of Medical Sales/Key Account Executive is an integral part of the team. It’s the representative to our customers in both the clinic as well as the hospital settings throughout Singapore.

You will work both independently and within the Singapore team, to diligently plan, organize and carry out activities that will assist the company to meet targets and meet our high expectations for quality customer service. This is a somewhat autonomous role, where you need to be comfortable with making front line decisions and putting forward recommendations to improve process efficiencies to ensure the highest quality of service resulting in the achievement of the monthly sales targets.

Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, this role is a permanent role where hours are standard business hours, on site in our Singapore Office.

Key responsibilities

• Assess customers’ needs and position our product/ offering accordingly
• Achieve allocated monthly sales target
• Present product information and demonstrate how the product works
• Communicate and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe CardioScan services utilizing effective selling skills
• Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits
• Keep detailed records of all local customer contacts
• Manage account information and buying trends
• Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
• Plan work schedules with weekly and monthly timetables for the assigned territory
• Prepare and submit weekly updates and monthly sales reports

About you

• Minimum 1-2 years experience as a medical sales representative/cabin crew or similar role
• Diploma/ Degree or equivalent
• Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and cope with company expansion plans
• Be a self-motivated, pleasant individual with a strong customer service focus

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the HR manager across all aspects of HR and administrative functions, encompassing recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, payroll processing, and implementation of company HR policies and initiatives.
• Aid in the recruitment process by sourcing talent, coordinating interviews, and gathering feedback from hiring managers.
• Assist in managing the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding processes.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification of a diploma or its equivalent in HR or related business fields.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR, preferably in a Generalist capacity.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and TimeSoft payroll software would be beneficial.
• Thorough understanding of local employment laws and regulations.
• Capable of working independently as well as within a team, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process payments and invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, resolve discrepancies, and address outstanding balances
• Monitor and manage outstanding accounts, proactively following up on overdue payments and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and review financial documents for accuracy and completeness, such as invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers
• Review and verify vendor records, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial information by conducting regular audits and reconciliations.
• Resolve discrepancies and issues related to accounts payable/ receivable, working collaboratively with internal teams and external parties.
• Prepare reports for management, providing insights on cash flow, aging balances and financial performance.
• Maintain organized filling system, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with record-keeping requirements
• Monitor and meet payment deadlines, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
• Respond to inquiries from vendors and clients regarding billing, payments and account information.
• Prepare and submit sales tax returns in compliance with regulatory requirements

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• At least 1 years of experience in AP/AR or a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills, with keen attention to details
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team
• Proficient in time management, capable of meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks
