Main functions and responsibilities

Supply Chain Management

· Liaison with government agencies/authorities for all regulatory requirements including (but not limited to) licenses, permits/approvals, and trade agreements etc in import/export of goods and materials

· Arrangement of freight shipments with forwarders

· Liaison with factories, freight forwarders and warehouses

· Track and manage warehouse inventories

Operations Management

· Preparation of purchase/sales contracts, invoices, confirmations, bills of lading and other documents

· Track and ensure proper filing of prepared documentations

· Track and update purchase, sales and shipping information

· Preparation of operational reports

· Preparation of shipping documents

· Update daily data and support procurement/sales team where necessary

· Handle purchase and sales process from beginning to end

· Work closely with Financiers and provide all necessary documents and information required

· Forecast and track expenses

Stakeholders Management
