Qualifications:

Jobs Description:

· To manage day to day operations of project including part-timers’ work roster, inventory updates etc

· Servicing of clients to understand project requirements

· Coordinating event needs between with vendors and production team on the event

· Oversee logistics, event set up and tear down and smooth execution of events

6. Project/Event Management - Working with vendors, manage event and project budgets, conduct post-event evaluations.

8. Copywrite for appeals.
9. Develop new channels/partnerships for fund raising through webinars and corporate outreach.
10. Increase yield of digital marketing channels.
11. Build and grow database year on year.
12. Prepare database for the mailing of all appeals, PIC newsletter, event invitations, annual reports, desktop calendars, electronic mailers and other mailing as and when required.

We are looking for a sales and marketing executive to help expand our market share in the dental laboratory industry and assist in organizing events. Some prior knowledge to the dental field would be greatly helpful. Candidates who have dabbled in the dental industry e.g dental assistants, sales reps, technicians and are looking to level up are encouraged to apply for the role!

Candidates should be a good communicator, possess good EQ and generally a people-person. As with all healthcare staff, candidates should be responsible and be attentive to details. At Elegance lab, we expect a response time of less than 20 minutes during working hours so as to ensure efficient work processes when we liase with the team and customers.

As a sales and marketing executive, you will be expected to run cold calls, formulate campaigns and communicate with our dentist clients. Candidates will also be given the opportunity to organise events of various scales. Guidance can be provided if you have the right attitude to learn.
