Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop offline marketing campaigns aligned with overall marketing objectives and target audience demographics.
- Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives, such as print advertising, events, sponsorships, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and execution of marketing materials and activities.
Event Management:
- Organize and manage offline events, including trade shows, conferences, product launches, and community events.
- Coordinate event logistics, such as venue selection, booth setup, staffing, promotional materials, and catering.
- Engage with event attendees, generate leads, and facilitate networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and customer engagement.
Collateral Development:
- Collaborate with the design team to create offline marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, posters, signage, and branded merchandise.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all offline marketing materials and channels.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
- Track and analyze the performance of offline marketing campaigns and activities using relevant metrics and KPIs.
- Generate reports and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and challenges in the offline marketing landscape.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field; additional certification in event management or marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience (2 years) in offline marketing, event management, or related roles.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools; experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is desirable.
