Applicants should have experience at least 2 yearsโ experience in project / event management. Ideally you should have experience in handling every aspect of event planning for professional conferences especially in areas of registration management, abstract handling, delegate marketing, sponsorship acquisition / management, logistics and general administration.
Job Responsibilities
ยท Execute operation workflow for conferences and events, including registration process, logistics, faculty management, sponsorships etc to ensure excellent delegatesโ experience
ยท Work closely with vendors and suppliers prior and during the events to ensure smooth execution of events
ยท supports development of the event programmes
ยท assists in the planning and execution of the project plans
ยท collaborating with key stakeholders (clients, speakers, sponsors, suppliers)
ยท client management
ยท sourcing and booking venues
ยท managing event logistics
ยท managing budgets and invoicing
ยท organising accreditation
ยท preparation and presentation of post-event reports
Professional Requirements
ยท Bachelorโs degree preferred (a plus if it is in related fields such as communications, marketing, media, advertising or business)
ยท Ideally, candidates will have prior experience working in an events project team environment
