Who We Need

You will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the Business Office as one of the main touch points that deliver excellent patient experience through your interactions with patients, doctors, insurance companies and any other third parties on billing, admission and discharge matters. Your responsibilities are as stated below.

• Perform financial counselling which includes explanation of bill estimations and usage of Medishield Life/Medisave/private medical insurance claims.
• Administer Pre-Admission, Admission and Discharge of patients such that patients’ information is accurately captured in the system and patients understand the process and bills.
• Undertake collection of deposits and payments through various payment modes such as credit cards, cash, nets, etc., preparation of and processing insurance claims.
• Follow up on company/insurance’s Letter of Guarantees.
• Ensure overall accuracy in managing patients’ information and transactions.
• Handle enquiries and queries on admission, discharge bills/claims, and manage third-party payer relations.
• Achieve overall efficiency and timeliness in attending to patients, doctors, third party payers and insurance companies.

• Good degree in Civil / Structural Engineering from a recognized University
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Civil & Structural Consultancy Firm
• Experience in Underground & Bridge structures would be advantages
• Ability to work independently
• Candidates without the relevant working experience but with good academic results may be considered

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, OR/AND Certification in CCNA
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience
• Proficient in enterprise networking, including WAN, LAN, and VPN optimization implementation and support
• Skilled in administering Microsoft Server 2012 and later, Microsoft 365, and Google Suite products/services
• Familiar with internet architecture designs such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Proxy and Firewall
• Familiar with devices like Alcatel PABX, FortiGate Devices, Cisco and Unifi Wireless AP Controller
• Strong knowledge of CyberRisk and CyberSecurity; familiarity with PDPA is highly preferred
• Experience with Veeam, VMware, and UNIX/Linux is an added advantage
• Experience in API/Web Programming and Database Administration is an added advantage

Requirements:

• Degree of food science/nutrition
• Keen in learning, meticulous and organised
• Good at PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Able to work under stress and deadline
• Good command of Mandarin and English
• Candidate MUST BE fluent in Mandarin as the role requires the candidate to work with products that are marketed in Mandarin.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct scientific research and market scan for potential new product development.
• Coordinate with designer and marketing department for packaging content and artwork revision.
• Communicate with regulatory authority pertaining to product’s classification, ingredient checking or product-related issues.
• Keep track of every projects’ status and communicate projects’ status with key stakeholders.
• Prepare training modules and upkeep product database (eg. brand constitution & product training presentation).
• Conduct in-house and outstation product training to employees and vendors.
• Attend product inquiries of employees and customers through calls, emails, website or in person.
• Responsible for application and renewal of product notification, license, advertisement & sales promotion permit.
• Responsible for listing documents and submission & keep track of the status.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

It also serves as the key revenue driver of our services. Your role is to ensure that our services and tenants are well-exposed to the target audience through the packaging of services and products that meet the needs of the target audience. You are required to be versed in the key pillars of strategic marketing such as marketing strategies, packaging of services and products in accordance to the needs of the target segments, execution of marketing activities, partnership/sponsorship management, establishing market streams, having a good grasp of the various marketing channels, developing marketing campaigns and conducting market analysis.
