What you'll be doing

• Oversee the team including managing of staff administrative matters such as staff's attendance, discipline and arranging of covering staff
• Providing comprehensive office management support to ensure the smooth running of the office
• Overseeing administrative tasks such as managing stationery and office supplies, maintaining filing systems, and coordinating meeting room bookings
• Assisting with event and client visit coordination, including catering, logistics and hospitality

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Communications

• Develop and implement a corporate communications strategy to strengthen UA’s brand and reputation.
• Create and manage corporate materials, including annual reports, social impact reports, press releases, speeches, and presentations.
• Write and edit thought leadership articles, interviews, and story pitches to position UA as a leading advocate for ADHD awareness and support.
• Serve as the primary contact for media and external communication, ensuring consistent and professional representation of UA.

Marketing and Digital Strategy

REQUIREMENTS
