Job Responsibilities:

About the role

As our Facilities Management Property Executive (M&E), you’ll be the go-to person for all things related to the upkeep and optimization of facilities under your care. The Procurement Coordinator/Executive is responsible for participating in routine sourcing and purchasing activities to obtain the materials, equipment and services to deliver on projects involving ships, rigs and/or conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in process of Procure-to Pay, generate, validate and maintain change of SAP Purchase Order according to business needs
• Liaisingwith the Procurement Centers worldwide to maintain and update local master data regarding regional/global frame contracts to be used

• Develop and recommend specific sourcing scenarios on the basis of spend analysis findings, extensive knowledge of the relevant supply markets and consolidated business requirements
