The Community Resource, Engagement and Support Team (CREST), serves as a community outreach for people with or who are at risk of mental health conditions including dementia and their caregivers. CREST conducts outreach events/activities to promote and increase mental health awareness as well as targeted case finding to identify those with mental health needs.

• Evaluate, Train and Maintain individual skills (including work performance) are keeping up to date with best engineering management concepts and practices.
• Ensure on time submission of overtime record to HR Dept for computation of monthly salary.
• Establish and prepare process documentation such as work instruction, process specifications and assist on the quality plan.
• Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving plant operations and solving production-related problems.
• Ensures that subordinates are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
• Conducts employee performance reviews based on job descriptions to determine competency, knowledge, and contribution of the staff.
• Communicate regularly with all production and maintenance teams, both individually and as a group, to ensure good two-way communication concerning production and maintenance issues.
• Assist in hiring of production personnel.
• Maintain and update operating manuals for all the manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Maintain and update operating training manuals for all manufacturing processes.
• Perform any other ad-hoc projects or tasks to be assigned by the HOD / Management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 5 years working experience in manufacturing environment.
• Able to supervise and lead the subordinates.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Computer literate.
• Knowledge in ISO is an advantage.

Job Title: Accounts Executive (ID6018)
Location: Bukit Batok
Working Hour: Mon-Fri 9am -6pm
Basic Salary: $3000- $3800

Responsibilities:
• Accounts preparation, data entry and reporting.
• Manage full sets of accounts (AR, AP, GL, Analysis)
• Manage bank reconciliation, cashbook and etc.
• Handle creditors & debtors management.
• Handle cash flow management and forecast.
• Support day-to-day operations.
• Month end closing, prepare journal vouchers and monthly schedules.
• Tax filing and reporting.
• Liaise with auditor, tax officer and company secretary.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Min. Diploma in Accounting/ACCA/LCCI or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in handling full sets of accounts preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAGE 300 (ACCPAC) Accounting Software preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with associates).
