• Manage whole payroll process timely and accurately and compliance to statutory requirement including CPF, Tax Filing, NS Claim / Childcare / Maternity Claim processing and submission
• Administer HR-related process which includes preparation of employment contracts, application and renewal of work passes for workers, confirmation of employees, administration of leaves and staff benefits
• Update and maintain HR databases of personnel record including employees’ data in a timely and organized manner
• Plan and organize welfare events for employees (e.g., Annual CNY dinner, Christmas party, gathering events)
• Administer staff benefit which includes attending to related queries
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Minimum Secondary or HRM-related course of studies
• Minimum 1 year of HR experience
• Knowledge of employment legislation preferred

Job Responsiblities

• Carrying out vendor invoice verification, coding, data entry, payment preparation and filing
• Prepare vendor payment
• Handle staff claims
• Prepare statement of accounts and follow up client payment

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Content Marketing

• Develop and execute engaging content for digital platforms, including blogs, social media posts, and email newsletters.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and create high-quality content that aligns with brand and campaign objectives.
• Utilize analytics to optimize content and ensure engagement aligns with marketing goals.

2. Social Media Management

• Monitor and manage daily comments and interactions across event social media channels, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to foster community engagement.
• Implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and enhance audience engagement.
• Track and analyse social media performance metrics to adjust content strategies for continuous improvement.

3. Event Branding and Sponsorship

• Assist in developing and executing event branding strategies and materials to maximize brand exposure.
• Support sponsorship initiatives by managing sponsor relationships, tracking deliverables, and ensuring brand alignment with partner brands.
• Assisting with timely execution of event branding and program plans.
• Supervising on-site setup and tear-down activities with suppliers to maintain branding and commercial elements.

4. Corporate Website & Social Media Maintenance

• Maintain and update the corporate website with current information, ensuring alignment with digital strategies and brand guidelines.
• Develop a consistent schedule for social media posts, website updates, and ensure brand voice is consistently applied across all digital touchpoints.

5. Design & Creative Support

• Perform basic design adaptations for digital and print materials as needed, ensuring brand consistency.
• Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to modify existing templates or create simple graphic assets for marketing use.

6. Additional Support:

• Handling ad hoc duties as required to support the event’s commercial and branding objectives.

Requirements

1. Technical Skills

• Good understanding of digital marketing principles, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media analytics platforms
• Familiarity with website content management systems such as WordPress.
• Basic design skills with proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate staff training with HR such as Coretrade, Construction Safety Orientation Course (CSOC), BCA bracket license, etc.
• Distribute letters and documents from HR/Finance department to the workers.
• Help workers to check on their HRIS account with HR. (e.g. payslip, password access, etc).
• Compile Risk Assessment (RA) documents in softcopy and hardcopy.
• Call customers to change aircon installation timings when needed.
• Prepare service reports through email when required.
• New workers registration - thumbprint, dormitory, safety shoes.
• Follow-up with HR and Finance on worker's OT claim, parking claim, medical claim, etc.
• Prepare incident report on vehicle accident and work injuries when needed.
• Compile Warranty Service Repair Installation (WSRI) and update in CRM system.
• Tracking of procurement of equipment, materials and tools.
• Handle project administrative works including progress claims, payments, purchase orders, delivery orders, tax invoices, etc.
• Tracking of manpower deployment onsite and between projects.
• Handle all other administrative works which may be assigned by project manager and engineers.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

REQUIREMENTS

• Secondary or equivalent certificate.
• 2 years’ working experience, preferably in construction related.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills
