Serve as a point of contact for internal staff regarding facility-related issues and maintenance requests.

Address and resolve facility-related concerns or service requests from employees or external stakeholders in a professional manner.

Inventory and Resource Management:

Assist in managing inventory levels for supplies, tools, and equipment required for facility maintenance.

Ensure that maintenance resources are available and ready for use when needed.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

2-3 years of experience in facilities management or a related role.

Knowledge of building systems and maintenance processes.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Coordinate with ground staff to ensure smooth boarding and deboarding processes.
• Responsible for supervising cabin crew, overseeing in-flight services and handling any passenger issues.
• Prepare reports on flight incidents and submit them to airline management
• Coordinate with the flight deck crew on various cabin related issues
• Ensuring passengers have a comfortable and satisfying in-flight experience
• Oversee and manage all cabin crew members to ensure efficient operation of the aircraft’s cabin
• Ensure adherence to aviation safety regulations by conducting safety briefings and checks
• Handle any complaints or disruptions, and resolve them in a professional manner
• Conduct pre-flight briefings with the cabin crew, discussing flight details, weather conditions, and potential safety concerns
• Manage and monitor the provisioning of meals, beverages, and in-flight entertainment to passengers
• Train new cabin crew members to ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Any additional duties (including hands-on duties) as required.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree and above
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant industry experience, with a demonstrable sound knowledge of airport operations and customer service with an airline, airport or ground handling company
• Minimum 2 years in a management or leadership role
• Able to work on shifts and weekends/ PH.
• Able to work overtime.
• Able to work rotating shift working hours as required

Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and financial plans.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Monitor and reconcile vendor accounts and customer balances.

Cash Flow Management:

• Monitor cash flow projections and manage working capital.
• Ensure funds are available for operational needs.

Financial Operations:

• Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.

Tax and Compliance:

• Assist in tax preparation and filing processes.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Financial Systems and Tools:

• Utilize financial software and tools to streamline processes and enhance accuracy.
• Recommend improvements to financial systems and procedures.

Audit and Internal Controls:

• Support audit processes and provide necessary documentation.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Financial Projects and Initiatives:

• Participate in financial projects, such as system implementations or process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve financial goals.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager, as required to support the team and organizational goals.

Candidate should be competent to handle simple full set of accounts (accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, GST etc.).
Candidate should possess relevant Diploma or higher qualification and good attitude, 2 - 5 years of working experience.
With UBS or SAP-B1 knowledge preferred

Executive (Sustainability)

Our client is looking to expand their team in Sustainability and take the lead in sourcing natural rubber responsibly and sustainably.

Job responsibilities:

• Engage suppliers to ensure alignment with The Group’s sourcing policies, industry requirements and strict adherence to legal standards (e.g. EUDR, GPSNR)
• Conduct supply chain due diligence. Monitor risk assessments, identify areas for improvement and intervention in instances of non-compliance
• Communicate with various stakeholders, including CSOs, governments, industry associations, and local communities, to drive the adoption of best practices and collaborate on sustainable natural rubber initiatives
• Support developing and implementing capacity-building projects with smallholders across The Group’s sourcing regions
• Report on the progress and performance of The Group’s sustainability efforts to internal and external audiences

Job Requirements:

• Comprehensive grasp of sustainability challenges in supply chains (e.g. deforestation, labour risks, carbon emissions)
• Professional experience in the commodities sector and/or knowledge of the natural rubber industry is a significant advantage
• Experience with geospatial analysis (QGIS) is ideal
• 1-3 years’ experience
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies/Sustainability
