- Manage trades in domestic, import, export, and multi-country operations, particularly in the ferrous raw materials sector.

- Handle credit risk management and perform financial analysis to evaluate the financial health of clients and minimize risks.

Job Requirements

- Degree or equivalent

- 1 – 2 years of relevant experience

- Fresh graduates without experience are welcome

- Experience with Trading house an added advantage

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Able to travel for work

The Responsibilities:

• Handling phone calls, receiving and sending documents/mails
• Sorting of Director’s reimbursement claims, checking staff’s reimbursement claims, arranging payment to staff & vendor, prepare monthly list on payments, communicating with headquarters in Japan
• Sales reports (actual, forecast) submission and etc.
• Onboarding and offboarding, applying Working Pass for expats, staffs HR inquiry, attendance management, MOM surveys and etc
• Other adhoc tasks

The Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in general administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Candidate with excellent communication skills and time management skills
