Job Description:
As a Project and Client Operations Executive, you will be integral to the successful execution of multiple projects. This role blends project management, client servicing, and operational responsibilities, offering exposure to a wide range of clients and industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Oversee end-to-end project execution with guidance from managers, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
Develop project schedules, track progress, and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
Client Servicing:
Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address inquiries promptly.
Event Operations:
Supervise day-to-day execution of campaigns and events, coordinating all stages from planning to post-event reporting.
Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting during live events.
Logistics Coordination:
Manage all logistical aspects, including venue bookings, inventory management, and on-site setups for both BTL events and digital activations.
Ensure all components align with client objectives.
Vendor Management:
Build strong relationships with external vendors, manage bookings, and ensure timely delivery of required materials.
Oversee budgets, schedules, and invoice processing for external suppliers.
Internal Collaboration:
Liaise with internal teams, including creative, production, and digital partners, to ensure smooth execution of deliverables.
Presentation Development:
Support in creating pitch proposals, event recaps, and other client-facing presentations using PowerPoint.
Ideal Candidate:
2-3 years of experience in account servicing, project coordination, or events management.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Educational background in events management, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in planning and managing consumer events.
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in team environments and handle high-pressure situations.
Self-motivated, efficient, and passionate about events.
Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
