ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Drives the integrated the organization’s Brand strategy, focusing on brand activation, positioning, marketing, and communication activities.
- Engages with media, public relations, and communication channels to establish and promote the "Well-being movement" represented by the brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Brand Marketing and Communication Development
- Develop and execute PR and marketing strategies for brand activation and ESG/impact investing initiatives.
- Manage campaigns in public relations, content curation, production, and channel management.
- Promote the brand as the "Impact and Green Future" leader.
2. Communication Strategy
- Raise internal awareness about sustainability and encourage actionable initiatives (e.g., carbon footprint reduction).
- Align messaging for cross-functional and cross-border teams to ensure strategic consistency.
3. Brand Strategy and Messaging
- Create PR and marketing narratives for the brand's impact pillars (Advocacy, Business, Investment, Philanthropy).
- Design and update branding tools like brand guides, playbooks, and management software for internal and external use.
4. Campaigns and Market Insights
- Analyze market trends to refine PR and marketing strategies.
- Work with the partnership team to identify and execute joint campaigns with partners and sponsors.
5. Media and Content Management
- Act as a corporate spokesperson, managing press releases, media inquiries, and public engagements.
- Oversee content creation for digital platforms, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and videos.
- Develop internal communication strategies to engage employees and align them with the brand's vision.
6. Event and Community Management
- Collaborate with event teams to promote networking events through PR and marketing.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and maintain a robust media and partner network.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years in corporate communications, sustainability, and PR/marketing.
- Expertise in ESG, impact investing, and sustainability communications.
- Track record in managing external communications, PR campaigns, and media relations.
- Experience in building cross-functional and cross-border PR and marketing strategies.
- Ability to develop PR/marketing kits (e.g., playbooks, software) for internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills for market research and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in managing budgets and evaluating ROI on initiatives.
- Skilled in digital and traditional communication platforms.
- Proven ability to lead and integrate cross-functional teams.
- Strategic collaboration with partners, sponsors, and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and align diverse teams towards organizational goals.
- Adaptability to rapidly changing market and media trends.
