Responsibilities:

1. Maintain financial records, handle accounts payable/receivable, and process claims.
2. Monitor cash flow and assist with monthly financial statements and reports.
3. Manage GST submissions, payroll, CPF contributions, and regulatory filings.
4. Maintain filing systems, issue POs/DOs, collate timesheets, and prepare payslips.
5. Provide HR support (e.g., employee records, onboarding).
6. Perform ad-hoc tasks.
7. Handle correspondence, emails, and inquiries.
8. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.

Requirements:

• Min 4 years experience in accounting work.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Handle confidential information with integrity.

Work Conditions:

• Office location: 2 mins walk from Gul Circle MRT
• Part-time, 24 hours/week, flexible work hours arrangement.
