Warehouse Executive

• Support Plant Manager in matters pertaining to security, fire safety, housekeeping, and facility management.
• Ensure effective and efficient use of materials, manpower, machines, and equipment to minimize wastage, reject downtime, and reworks.
• Implements safety and environmental policies to comply with company and statutory regulations.
• Maintains security of all company property, stocks, and other assets within its premises by taking all precautions against fire and other hazards.
• To lead the warehouse team by coordinating with offices, customers, or agents on the collection of products.
• Maintains good labour relations and morale.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 – 3 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Excellent organization, communication & interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and resourceful.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Update, compile, control and monitor the Customer Product BOM (Bill of Material), drawing and specification.
• Assists Sales Support during the Quotation stage by preparing the proposal and tender documents.
• Assists Sales Support to trigger the production Job Launch.
• Compilation and submission of Pre-Production Documentations.
• Assists Sales Support to update Customer purchase order and Delivery Schedule.
• Compilation and submission of Concession/NC documents to customer.
• Compilation and submission of Final Product Documentation to Customer.
• Control in Filing System Managment.
• Other task that delegated by Superior.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• A-Level, ITE or Diploma in Engineering/Business or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduate with strong background in related business/engineering discipline will also be considered.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handle full set of account
• Verify monthly costing for budget control and expense management
• Monthly reconcile balance sheet items and bank statement
• Prepare cash flow projection & manage day-to-day working capital
• Liaise with overseas suppliers in term management and coordination of TT & LC
• Supervise timely submission of quarterly GST report
• Oversee customer credit, monitor, control and follow up for effective collection
• To check the accuracy and completeness of work done by subordinates
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agent & bank
• Ensure internal control compliance with company policies and procedures
• Follow the current accounting practice, identify the opportunity and recommend actions to improve the account process
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or related field with at least 5 years experiences
• PC literate
