Job Summary:

Actively support TOUCH’s Digital Transformation journey by working closely with external and internal stakeholders and vendors to maintain and support TOUCH’s systems that enable Digital Capability and transform TOUCH into a data-driven and client-centric organisation.

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to design, implement, maintain and support digital end-to-end processes spanning across TOUCH systems
• Work with internal and vendor teams to design, maintain and support TOUCH technology platform built on Dynamics 365 (D365) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Business Central (BC), support issues and problem management, and design solutions to meet business needs.
• Use technical knowledge and expertise to conduct functional impact assessments, analyse business processes and requirements
• Analyse cloud service providers release plans, propose recommendations and work with internal teams and vendors to carry out action plan
• Ensure all business and technical documentation are kept up to date
• Ensure internal and vendor teams address and solve issues and problems in a timely manner to meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Monitor and address key issues with application programming interfaces (APIs)
• Contribute as a member of a cross-functional, agile delivery team.

Essential Qualifications and Competencies:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical discipline with at least 5 years of relevant working experience
• At least 3 years of working experience in Customer Relationship Management, Enterprise Resource Planning and Reporting solutions
• Working experience with technology such as Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, SQL Server Reporting Services (SRSS), Jet Report and APIs
• Knowledgeable and experienced in application development, vendor and agile project management
• Good communication skills
• Strong grasp of digital concepts, technology and business models is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Hands-on with a can-do attitude

Requirements

• Professional Certificate/Diploma/BS/BA or a related field of study
• 3-4 years of experience in account management, preferably in interior design / creative-led industry
• Must be able to read and edit autoCAD, SketchUp and other design softwares and site work is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Director to manage the accounts of creative-led projects.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their questions are answered in a timely manner
• Developing project plans and timelines, and ensuring that all project milestones are met on time and on budget

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Programme Executive (Outreach and Engagement) works with their assigned centres to execute programmes to facilitate the interactions and engagement between the community and the clients/caregivers. He/ she works with the community partners and volunteers for these outreach and engagement programmes and guides the centre and volunteers in executing the programme activities. He/she also collaborates and establishes relationships with volunteers, grassroots organisations, and community partners to fulfil MINDS' vision of outreach and serving the unserved and underserved segment of the ID population in Singapore through the centre's operations. The Programme Executive is responsible for the planning, designing, coordination of activities and programmes promote the active participation, meaningful engagement and learning of clients from the Centre with the community partners and volunteers.  He/ she will work in close collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team, consisting of Allied Health Professionals such as the Psychologist, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, physiotherapist, and/ or Speech Language Therapist, and Training Officers when designing the programmes. These programmes can be at the centre or outside of the centres.

The Programme Executive should have great communication, time management & problem-solving skills. They should be able to work well both independently & in a team with integrity, sensitivity, knowledge and drive to support & advocate for their clients with intellectual disability.

Networking and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders within the community

• Develop and establish professional or social networks with the local community to leverage on community resources and volunteers to meet the various needs of the clients in the centre.
• Maintain and manage relationships with the community stakeholders for sustained efforts in volunteerism, and opportunities for clients in community participation, integration and inclusion
• Coordinate recruitment, deployment, training, and appreciation of community stakeholders
• Connect, consult, and collaborate with relevant community partners, and be a catalyst for action in raising disability awareness and inclusion in the relevant boundary where the centre operates
• Implement, review and evaluate programme impact on service users, identify and analyse trends and needs in Disability service development. Share and communicate findings in relevant internal and or external platform(s) to ensure relevance in service / sector improvement.

Programme / Curriculum planning, implementation & evaluation

• Design and plan programmes/ activities to promote learning, participation and meaningful engagement between the clients in the centre with the local community and volunteers.
• Implement the programme/ activities in collaboration with the Training Officers and/ or Multi-Disciplinary Team members in the centre
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the programme/ activities
• Identify gaps and areas of improvement for programmes/ activities

Run daily operations and activities at the Centre's Community Inclusive Space/Drop-in Centre

• Execute schedules and programmes for the clients, caregivers in the community inclusive space.
• Orientation, recognition and retention of volunteers and community partners
• Ensure the safety and well-being of community partners, volunteers and clients during programme activities, including risk assessment and management
• Execute the work processes to ensure smooth running of the Community Inclusive Space, which includes but not limited to the retail, workshop and drop-in centre portions of the space.
• Facilitate the provision of services to the community/general public with the help of the clients

The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning, transforming and migrating data into Salesforce, ensuring its accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:

Data Cleaning and Transformation:

• Analyse and clean data to remove duplicates, correct errors, and standardize formats.
• Data assessment: Reviewing data to understand the volume, format, and quality.
• Transform legacy data into Salesforce-compatible formats using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools

Data Migration and Maintenance:

• Map and import data into Salesforce using tools like Data Loader or Salesforce Inspector.
• Conduct post-migration quality checks to ensure data integrity.
• Assist to develop and implement strategies for ongoing data hygiene.

CRM Expertise:

• Preferably to understand Salesforce and/or other CRM data model, including objects, fields and relationships.

Data Governance and Compliance:

• Ensure all data handling adheres to applicable privacy regulations (e.g., PDPA).

Collaboration and Support:
