• Analyse internal and external data, to support and recommend new ideas and solutions to executive leadership in decision making and problem solving
• Draft presentations, reports, briefing materials; translation and work on confidential documents in three languages (English, German and Chinese)
• Coordinate and liaise with both internal (both regionally and globally) and external parties
• Plan and organize meetings and other events from the executive office
• Be able to maintain sensitive and confidential information
• Monitor effectiveness of current procedure of the department, streamline to improve efficiency and productivity to meet actual business needs
• Monitor and make sure the above activities are performed according to company guidelines
• Act as thought planner, proactively proposing improvements and new ideas
• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to our executive leader by managing/ maintaining up-to-date schedules of appointments, business functions and travel arrangement
• Manage and support projects and duties as assigned

What you'll need

• Good University degree holder
• Minimum 8 years solid and relevant experience in a multinational company
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and German would be desirable
• Mature, strong organisation skills and analytical mindset
• Excellent communication skills and able to interact with all levels of management, strong in conflict management
• Strong analytical skills and an experienced user of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
• Able to work independently and deal well with ambiguity

Requirements:

This is an accounts receivable role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely issue of invoices & credit notes.
• Check and process incoming payments.
• Generate accounts receivable aging report and liaise with other departments regarding outstanding balances.
• Prepare vendor registration as and when required by our customers.
• Support year end audit processes.
• Admin & ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
