SCOPE

The site’s daily operations will be at the heart of your role. You’ll work hand in hand with site managers to deliver only the best property management services. The Accountant supports the Finance Team in their daily tasks in payroll calculations, AR and AP as well as the preparation of the monthly reports. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management of the organization's most valuable asset - its people.

Accountant’s job

The Accountant’s job is a dynamic role with a multitude of responsibilities, including:

• Ensuring timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
• Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements
• Responsible for AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to track and support intercompany billings
• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement (GST), unaudited financial statements and XBRL
• Assist in new processes and system implementation when required
• Prepare Financial statements to close books for venue

Accounts Executive's qualifications and requirements

A degree, although not always mandatory, is very advantageous. An accounting diploma, degree or its equivalent qualification will be considered.

• Good working knowledge of IFRS
• Basic knowledge of payroll calculations and CPF rules
• Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel (intermediate to advance level), PowerPoint and Word
• A self-starter who can plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
• Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Manage and oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger

· Prepare bank journal, accrual reconciliation

· Prepare financial statement monthly, quarterly and annually

· Responsible for vendor master creation and maintenance

· Assist with GST computation and registration of GST forms

· Assist with finance activities such as external audit and document support

· Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts

· Ensure company comply with accounting & financial policies and regulations

· Maintain proper documentations and filing records

Skills/Requirements

· Minimally 2years’ relevant experience in full sets accounting

· Proficient in accounting software and MS office

· Diploma/ACCA/Degree in Finance or Accounting or any related discipline

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in application development and technical support.
• Familiarity and experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Microsoft Platform, and Networking.
• Be able to enjoy learning new technologies and be willing to cross over multiple skill areas (e.g. infra, server, network) as necessary.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving.
• Good team player with positive attitude.

Requirements:

· Diploma in HRM
