Your Responsibilities: -
Oversee warehouse operations for both internal and external storage facilities.
Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance in all warehouse activities.
Coordinate and manage daily system and warehouse operations with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure accuracy of Goods Receipt (GR) and Goods Issue (GI) records using SAP, C4C, and RFID systems.
Handle import and export shipment activities efficiently to avoid delays and storage at ports.
Prepare and provide monthly inventory reports for on-premises and third-party warehouses.
Identify and implement improvements in inventory management processes to enhance efficiency.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness within the warehouse to promote an organized environment.
Enforce safety protocols and risk assessments (RA) to ensure a safe work environment for employees and visitors.
Conduct annual stock takes and regular sample stock audits to verify inventory accuracy.
Requirements: -
Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent
At least 3 years of relevant warehouse or inventory management experience
Forklift Licence (an added advantage)
Proficiency in MS Office, SAP and RFID systems
Ability to start work within a short notice
