Responsibilities:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Claims Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing healthcare claims, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You will collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies to verify claim validity and determine appropriate coverage. Your responsibilities include, but not limited to, as follows:

· Claims Processing and Review: Process and review healthcare claims, including pre-authorization requests

· Claim Verification: Verify claim information for accuracy and identify potential discrepancies or errors

· Coverage Determination: Determine appropriate coverage and benefits based on policy guidelines and medical necessity

The successful candidate would be required to:-

(1) Crewing Matters

• Oversee the timely application, renewal, and cancellation of certificates and documents for new and existing vessels, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Liaise with relevant authorities and institutions to facilitate inspection and documentation preparation for vessel licenses and certifications
• Coordinate with Fleet Operations team to facilitate crew certification renewals and ensure proper documentation upkeep
• Provide administrative support for vessel sales and charter agreements, including documentation preparation and coordination with business partners
• Ensure prompt preparation of vessels and crew for Outside Port Limit (OPL) jobs, including immigration clearance and departure/arrival applications
• Offer basic IT support and troubleshooting assistance for crew
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

(2) Publicity and Staff Engagement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute Fleet-wide initiatives aimed at fostering internal and external stakeholder engagement
• Coordinate staff communications, cohesion activities, events, and ceremonies to promote a positive organisational culture
• Develop creative publicity and communications strategies to showcase staff achievements, new initiatives, and projects across various media platforms

The successful candidate shall preferably possess:-

• A degree in Business, Business Administration, Maritime Business, Logistics or Supply Chain
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the maritime and/or logistics industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels

Summary:

The Logistics Executive plans and manages the logistical activities of the terminal based on the storage customers’ requirements and terminal operational facilities. He/she generates periodic reports and provides updates on stock inventories to customers and authorities.
The Logistics Executive works independently and possesses strong planning, communication and interpersonal skills.

Your Tasks:

1) Administer HSSE Standards, Procedures and Practices

• Ensure compliance with all HSSE rules and regulations

2) Perform Business Administrative Tasks

• Follow up on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable matters
• Generate, analyse and maintain reports such as KPI and inventory reports for customers and customs authorities to ensure compliance

Job Profile:
