We are seeking for HR and Admin Executive to join one of the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the HR operations function
• Partner with key stakeholders in understanding and clarifying talent needs and expectations

• Management of office premise access for new staff and leaver. Maintenance of office fixtures, furniture, office cleanliness and replenish of pantry supplies

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Admin/ HR or related discipline with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience

Job Descriptions

• Lead for managing subscription renewal of ECM TSS/CCTV Systems. Liaise with customers, monitor and follow up
• Create and process purchase orders and invoices relating to subscription

• Co-ordinate with technicians & customers for trouble shooting. Prepare daily schedule of duties for technicians

Requirements
