Job description:

• Manage shipping and cargo operations from Asia to Europe and USA
• Liase with customers in Europe, USA and Asia
• Report to director of the company and upper management levels
• Liase with customers in Asia and Europe
• Be punctual for work
• Liase with buyers and suppliers in Asia and Europe on all cargo operations matters including but not limited to contracts, LC, invoices, loading and discharging of cargoes and demurrage calculations for bulk and container shipments
• Contactable 7 days a week on mobile
• Handle and prepare all shipping documents including invoicing, bill of ladings, certificate of origin etc
• Perform adhoc duties as required by the Director of the company

Responsibilities:

Products Knowledge and Hands-on Experience

• 3 years direct fund house compliance experience
• Working knowledge of equities and fixed income funds
• Familiar and working experience with UCITS, CPFIS rules
• Experience in setting compliance rules in Portfolio Management System

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree
• 2-4 years’ experience working in a licensed/regulated business
• Past compliance experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

· Processing of sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices accurately ad timely

Outdoor Sales Responsibilities:

· Identifying potential customers and gathering information about their needs and preferences.

· Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations tailored to the specific needs of each customer, highlighting how the product or service can solve their problems or meet their requirements.

F&B Executive

Working Hours: 6 days rostered work week

Location: Islandwide

Salary: $2700-$3300

Requirements:

• Degree holder, with 1 year F&B experience
• Able work on weekends / public holidays

Job Scope:

• Hands-on involvement in daily operation to understand and execute duties
• Undertake management trainings and responsibilities with focus on sales management, customer satisfaction, operating expenses and shop’s profitability
• Focus mainly on Service/ FOH, but will have exposure to Kitchen/ BOH. May cover Kitchen/ BOH if operationally required
• Enforce and ensure compliance to Company SOPs, governmental regulations, food safety and hygiene standards within the store
