Role Overview:
As a Project Executive, you will assist with project coordination, client management, visa applications (EP, PR), research, office management, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, facilities, and general administrative tasks.
• Familiar with the submission of government-related documents, such as EP applications, PR submissions, tax-related documents, and other processes.
• Liaise with clients and maintain strong relationships.
• Support immigration investment projects and manage timelines.
• Research immigration policies, client needs, and market trends.
• Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and provide administrative support, including managing correspondence, preparing reports, and organizing files.

Requirements:

• Singaporean/PR preferred.
• Diploma/Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office, with knowledge of visa applications and school registrations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Class 3 driver’s license (advantageous).

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish, develop, and manage long-term marketing alliances with individuals and organisations to promote our brands effectively.
• Plan and coordinate communication efforts, working with advertising, design, and PR agencies, as well as the in-house marketing team.
• Audit and improve current communication tools and content to enhance brand messaging.
• Oversee the printing and distribution of marketing materials to partners and alliances, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to execute online and offline promotional campaigns.
• Develop and implement multi-channel branding strategies to boost brand awareness and effectively reach target audiences through SEO, SEM, social media, and AI-driven tools.
• Manage advertising initiatives and contribute to comprehensive marketing planning.
• Plan and coordinate key marketing events, working closely with vendors, partners, and production teams.
• Provide administrative support and maintain accurate documentation of all marketing activities.
• Plan and execute monthly email blasts, consolidating and collating content to ensure timely and effective eDM campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and communications.
• Proven experience in marketing for preschools or after-school care services.
• Experience in digital and social media marketing, SEO, SEM, and AI-driven marketing tools.
• Knowledge in handling social media channels.
• Good written and spoken English
• Strong flair for writing, editing, and proofreading with impeccable grammar
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A creative and analytical mind set to evaluate and optimise marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Handle daily operations such as customer service recovery, group bookings, and voucher sales.

- Ensure the security of the premises and facilities.

- Manage opening and closing of the outlets.

- Preparing the staff roster.

- Ensure the location remains functional and presentable at all times.

- Conduct training for the Service Crew.

Requirements:

- Diploma with experiences in F&B, hospitality, or retail industry.

- Service-oriented, hardworking, and willing to learn.

- F&B experience is a plus.
