• Source and cultivate new and existing productive relationships with senior leaders, including C-Suite executives, so that they are engaged on a broader level with the Business School

Finance Initiatives

• Ensure that programes launched are financially sustainable
• Work with managers on the drafting of budget for clients
• Responsible for the P&L budget for Executive Education programmes
• Ensure that all programme fees received (via credit card and cheques) are accurately accounted for and invoices related to promotional events are given to the Finance Manager/Account Executive for processing in a timely manner, and that corporate policies are adhered to

Collaboration Initiatives

• Maintain contact with all clients/participants to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth and professional delivery
• Work collaboratively and closely with colleagues, staff and faculty
• Understand the various funding schemes available and to apply accordingly, as well as explain to clients
• To work with many different clients with different requirements, and to ensure the same high level service standards are delivered to the clients
• To be top of the latest developments in the learning and development space, and to be able to engage with clients at different levels
• Effectively maintain and build relationships with internal teams, external agencies and marketing partners to develop and execute strategic outcomes, to support the business development objectives

• Engage with the University's Executive Education Operations team lead to meet on the deliverables in relation to the customer experience and overall efficacy
• Understand Skillsfuture funding framework to develop programmes in line with Skillsfuture

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Minimum 8 years of experience. Experience in academic environment will be advantageous. An understanding of the adult learning environment and ecosystem is necessary.

Job Descriptions:

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee exit management, performance management, and implement HR policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Administration, or Business Studies.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the construction industry.
• Familiarity with MOM regulations and HR practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate between HR and other departments.
• Knowledge of Info-Tech system is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Understanding of the Employment Act and HRIS.

Our skills development programs aim to provide the tools for a seamless re-integration in society.

Job Description

• Ensure daily needs of residents are well taken care of
• Motivate residents through their day to day interaction
• Oversee security screening to ensure contrabands are not brought into the house.
• Facilitate the process of residents checking in and out of the halfway house on a daily basis and provide daily updates on the headcount and other activities/incidents (if any) throughout the tour of duty. Any unusual movements should be highlighted and reported to the relevant parties.
• Refer residents’ issues to Social Worker when necessary
• Assist in institutional programmes such as outings (optional)
• Oversee Halfway House estate management
• Assist in monitoring of workplace safety and health standards.
• Ensure the overall safety and well-being of the residents during the programmes and activities that are carried out in-house and externally.
• To ensure that there is seamless transition during the handing and taking over of shift duties. The jobholder is also responsible in ensuring that all outstanding matters have been clearly communicated to the next duty personnel and are promptly followed up with.
• Work closely with Programme/Social Work team in the case management of residents, including monitoring and maintaining proper records on the progress, movement, and other relevant information pertaining to the residents.
• Assist in handling any grievance procedure and carrying out the preliminary investigation of incidents and/or disciplinary issues (when assigned).
• Identify any defect(s) or work(s) to be carried out pertaining to the halfway house’s estate management issues during a daily tour of duty and to feedback to the Facility Department for follow up.

Job Requirements

• N Level, O Level, Nitec/Higher Nitec & Diploma
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Able to work on rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
• Past experience service in the Military, Police and Prison Background.
