We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Executive to contribute to the efficient operation of our club and support for both our Learn-To-Swim Program and Competitive Program swimmers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the club's management team, coaches, and members.
• Manage club inquiries from members and the public.
• Coordinate scheduling for club activities, including new classes, replacement classes, leave of absence and fees payment.
• Assist with fee collection, and membership inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and databases related to membership.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in both Chinese and English languages to effectively communicate with a diverse members.
• Previous experience in an administrative role preferred, if no experience. training will be provided as long have a strong willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data management.

Key Responsibilities:
