• Plan and schedule daily activities for regular fuel farm operations and maintenance tasks, following SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Work closely with each worksite to plan for fuel stock, ensure fuel quality and approve complex maintenance work.
• Handle strategic contractual issues with customers and maintains strong relationships with key business stakeholders.
• Direct business and digital transformation efforts and continuous improvement projects to optimise resources, costs and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations and governance policies.

Requirements:

• Degree in any relevant discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in RSAF.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications/Power Platform Applications
• Stong leadership and good communication skills.

Description:

• Review and update rules, regulations and IMS documents, and coordinate to update them positively to improve and standardize company operations.
• To coordinate matters of digitization, digitalization, and digital transformation company-wide among various departments to enhance client experience and employee productivity, as well as streamlining internal processes and improve efficiency.
• Provide regular updates to the Department Head on progress towards achieving strategic goals and objectives, as well as any potential risks or opportunities.
• Prepare meeting minutes.

Requirements:

• Candidate must have minimum Diploma/Degree in Building & Project Management or equivalent
• Candidate must have Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Candidate must have Familiarity with project management methodologies and construction knowledge.
