ROLE SUMMARY

The Human Resources Executive supports all aspects of the HR Department. He/She must possess strong HR generalist competencies and be the go-to person for all employee-related issues.

The scope of work will involve administering the full spectrum of HR’s day-to-day functions and support the HR Leader/s in strategic HR management, organization development and HR relationships with internal and external stakeholders. PRE-REQUISITES

Job Description:

• Assist the Admin Department Head in all aspects of accounting and financial matters, which include the year-end audit procedures, quarterly GST reporting, verification of income tax comps, and the preparation of various reports / responses to government stat boards

• Perform daily accounting duties (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, staff claims reimbursement)

• Handle full set of accounting functions including data entry to computerized accounting system, posting of journals entries (accruals, provisions and prepayments entries) as well as accurate and timely month end closing
