The Research and Programmes Executive (School Well-Being) will play a crucial role in driving the design, implementation, and evaluation of school well-being programmes and projects.

This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for well-being research application and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will work closely with internal teams, trainers, and clients to ensure the successful delivery of impact-driven programmes and projects.

Responsibilities

• Design impact-driven school well-being programmes or projects
• Implement school well-being programmes or projects, which includes but not limited to managing and training our trainers to deliver impact-drivenschool well-being programmes
• Evaluate the impact of school well-being programmes and projects, including preparing and presenting Impact Reports
• Drive innovation to improve the design, implementation, and evaluation of programmes and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology
• Possess interest and knowledge in the science of well-being or positive psychology

Scope of Works:

Infocomm Club CCA Duties

• To support Infocomm Club CCA by providing training to the students on the use of AV equipment and media editing.

Audio-Visual (AV) Duties

• To carry out the work assigned by ICT Manager or HOD/SH ICT, act as the AVA Executive for the school and provide AV technical support for teaching and learning purposes as well as school events, including but not limited to setup of projection, sound system and control room operation.
• To perform servicing for AV equipment and maintain usage and service records of such equipment and assist in the maintenance of all AV equipment.

Event Support Duties

• To be the photographer and videographer to record footage and photos for school events.
• To edit, archive and update photo montages and videos for school.
• To setup AV equipment for school events.

Non-SSOE ICT Infrastructure Maintenance

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day support for non-SSOE ICT hardware and software issues across the school under the instructions of HOD/SH ICT and ICT Manager. This includes managing device setups, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of all non SSOE ICT equipment.
• Maintenance of ICT Resources: Oversee the inventory, maintenance, and timely updates of all non-SSOE ICT and AV equipment. This includes maintaining the security of school devices, ensuring software updates are applied, and managing equipment booking systems for staff and student use.

The Senior Executive role will play a key role in ensuring hospital stakeholders' needs are fully incorporated into new building developments to make them functional and fit for purpose. The responsibilities include working closely with stakeholders to identify, plan, and procure furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) that align with operational requirements.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate user requirements across various stakeholders, including users, workgroups, and project teams, from planning to operationalisation stages
• Schedule, document, and track project progress, procurement activities, and timelines for internal planning and management reporting
• Attend meetings and participate in reviewing design proposals and hospital planning, with a focus on FF&E procurement and integration
• Assist stakeholders in planning, managing, and optimising critical resources to achieve effective solutions that meet the hospital’s business objectives and operational strategies

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Project Facilities Management or related studies
• 5 - 6 years of similar experience, preferably in hospital setting

1-Year Contract Executive, AML Compliance:

• Perform compliance monitoring and communicate with stakeholders.
• Facilitate regulatory assessments and support regulation implementation.
• Assist with regulatory liaison, engagement, and management reporting.
• Monitor breach management and ensure timely reporting and correction.
• Support the execution of the AML/CFT automation project.
• Provide advisory services and ensure compliance with AML/CFT regulations in transaction surveillance and investigations.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
