In the sales process, the Account Executive acts as a strategic advisor for customers and prospects, using consultative and value-based and outcome based selling techniques and interacting with C level executives in the process. Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for payroll calculation (eg, salaries, leave, commission, and other compensation calculations)
• Prepare HR reports such as movement, headcount, summary, cost centre allocation and payroll breakdown reports
• Perform payroll services according to MOM and company policies
• Well versed in and to keep abreast of the MOM, CPF, IR8A (Income Tax) and IR21 (Tax Clearance)
• Responsible for implementing a new payroll setup (database, payroll & leave administration)
• Keep track of all employees leave records and update them on a monthly basis.
• Responsible for other administrative duties within the payroll team
• Post-Payroll activities, including provision for the bonus, managing month-end/year-end closing, submission of IRAS Tax Declaration Annual Form 8E, and answering employee payroll inquiries.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources and/or end to end HR payroll processes
