Job Summary

As a Sales Executive for ZilLearn AI, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth within the corporate sector. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and close sales opportunities, promoting ZilLearn AI’s value proposition to decision-makers across technology, operations and in the learning and development functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

• Identify and target potential corporate clients within the assigned territory or industry verticals.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate leads and build a robust pipeline.

Client Engagement:

• Conduct needs analysis to understand client challenges and tailor solutions to their specific requirements.
• Deliver persuasive product demonstrations, proposals, and presentations to key stakeholders.

Sales Execution:

• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with revenue targets.
• Prepare and follow up on contracts, agreements, and related documentation.

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to corporate clients, staying updated on their needs and industry trends.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align on sales strategies and client feedback.
• Provide insights on market trends and competitor activities to inform product and strategy enhancements.

Performance Tracking:

• Regularly update CRM with accurate sales data and activity reports.
• Meet or exceed sales KPIs, including revenue, new customer acquisition, and client retention.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fresh Graduates welcome. Candidates with more experience will have added advantage.
• Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, AI, or EdTech solutions.
• Strong understanding of corporate learning and development needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist pricing team in product pricing project, including performing Regression Testing & User Acceptance Testing for new product implementation
• Provide ad hoc support to Product Development, Distribution, and Policy Servicing teams on client requests, including post-sales illustrations and customer queries
• To support updates and enhancement for Policy Illustration and Post Sales illustration templates
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory reporting filings for new product
• Adopt design-thinking and agile framework in delivering project.

Requirements:

• 1 - 2 years of experience working in a life insurance function within an actuarial capacity preferred, fresh graduates with relevant coursework or internships are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field with good progress in actuarial credentials (e.g. ASA, AIA, AFA) from a recognized international actuarial body
• Ability in critical thinking, problem solving and decision making
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and concisely
• Detail oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
