Contract Strategic Procurement Executive (9 Months Contract)

9am to 530pm, Mon to Fri

Salary wise max 3600 + Prorated completion bonus

• Coordinate regulatory documentation and sample requests - process and tract requests, expedite documents and samples, ensure all requests are fulfilled.
• Prepare assigned administrative duties such as raising QAFs, Sample POs and etc.
• Update assigned purchasing databases such as ICC new codes.
• Coordinate Sample POs - expedite and ensure prompt deliveries of items.
• Assist in maintaining information to the Global Purchasing Database.
• Assist buyers in projects coordination.
• Assist in office administrative duties such as distribution of incoming mails and parcels.

• Min Diploma in any courses
• Min 1 year of procurement exp
• Able to start work immediately

Responsibilities

1. Program design, implementation, and evaluation

• Support the development and implementation of Division of Integrated & Continuing Care clinical services, programs and care paths with clinicians and partners. These include:
  • Model of care development
  • Plan and innovate clinical operations to implement new program
  • Infrastructure, manpower, analytics, technology and other requirements needed to implement the program

1. Data collection, monitoring and analysis

• Perform data collection, data analysis and data management with the aim to streamline reporting of BAU processes
• Coordinate the data efforts required for reporting
• To liaise with relevant stakeholders for data report submission

1. Procurement

• Administrative and secretariat support for purchase related activities for medical and non- medical equipment including hospital wide standardization of equipment, integration between equipment and workflows, as well as management of funds
• Writing of proposal papers to facilitate approval of various stages such as pre-sourcing, evaluation and award
• Management of timelines to ensure timely follow-up and closure of key action items

1. Strategic Development

• Support the strategic planning and development effort for Continuing and Integrated Care Enterprise
  • Foster partnership with key stakeholders from internal leaders from other enterprise, Clinical Leaderships as well as external community partners
  • Secretariat support for committee and workgroup meetings
  • Plan and innovate programmes to future-proof the care transition ecosystem with emphasis on financial and process efficiencies

General

• Where directed by Reporting Officer, and/or Director, Integrated Care, to support in other WH-related projects and tasks.

Requirements

• Min degree in any courses
• Min 2 years of healthcare operation exp

Job Scope

• Prepare monthly closing journal
• Prepare / Review monthly accounts reconciliations and schedules
• Review of sales ledger and purchase ledger reconciliation
• Review monthly inter-co billing and ensure consistent accounting treatment
• Review debtors aging reports and vendors statement reconciliation
• Prepare commissions for payroll submission
• Prepare payroll journals
• Review GST submission workings and GST reconciliation test
• Prepare tax & deferred tax computation for accounting provision
• Budget and forecasts - Provide assistance to reporting team to formulate budget and forecasts
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Diploma holder in Accounting & Finance with 5-6 years of working experience or Degree holder in Accounting & Finance with 3-4 years of working experience
• Proficient in MS Excel
