You are expected to: Create and implement a visual merchandising strategy Ensure the strategy is in line with the store’s brand, products, and target market Manage and optimise the skills of graphic team members Design display guides and bulletins for corporate campaigns Maintain internal graphic job bookings and POSM allocation bookings Gatekeep corporate brand format guidelines for different banners under the Group Finalise designs and create visual display proposals for display areas Source props, creative materials, and accessories for displays Install and set up window displays, walkways, counters, and in-store displays, or supervise contractors hired for this purpose Change displays to promote new product launches or to reflect festive or seasonal themes Ensure uniformity of displays across multiple store locations Liaise with other retail professionals, including buyers, marketing executives, and retail merchandisers when necessary Research lifestyle and design trends that will inform the visual merchandising strategy Use applied skills in visual design and space utilisation to enhance the aesthetic appeal of window displays, walkways, counters, and in-store displays

Requirements

Diploma/ GCE ‘A’ level/ Higher NITEC/ GCE ‘O’ level with minimum 5 years of relevant experience Visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio Experience in graphic design and/or field visual merchandising Experience in leading a team• Technical expert in graphic design Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator Comfortable with use of ladder and working at heights (i.e. setting up store displays, festive decoration, collaterals and posters in stores) Will be required to travel to various branches from time to time-

• The individual in this role will be accountable for vessel laytime calculation, demurrage, and insurance settlements related to the handled shipments.

• Tracking and closing of aging files, specifically those related to laytime and other receivables/accruals, will be managed.

• The position is expected to provide valuable support to the business, actively anticipate risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and offer business-oriented solutions.

• After validating trades, contracts will be issued, and in case of any discrepancies, communication will be established with the trading desk.

• Collaboration with suppliers, internal, and external customers will be conducted to plan and oversee shipments in accordance with contractual requirements.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a diploma (a degree is preferred) in Maritime Studies or a relevant field of study.

• Ideally, the candidate should possess 3-4 years of trade operations experience, with a preference for experience in a commodity trading environment.

• Knowledge of Incoterms, UCP/ISBP rules, and Charter party terms is essential.

• Familiarity with ‘GAFTA’ and ‘FOSFA’ will be considered a plus.

• Although not mandatory, familiarity with vessel laytime calculation is advantageous.

This role is responsible to overseeing the Case Management and Afterlife Memorial Service and for our elderly members.

Responsibilities

Afterlife Memorial Service

• Possess a good understanding of the Charity's programmes and services.
• Handle the collection, cremation and burial of the deceased with the help of the external Funeral Director.
• Create, maintain, and update accurate cases files and database of the Afterlife Memorial Service (AMS) members.
• Handle AMS Hotline and follow up with cases reported from the Hotline.
• Gather and prepare supporting documents for government agencies submissions.
• Prepare monthly reports pretaining to AMS cases.
• Require to be on standby for case activation on weekends and night.
• Adhoc assistance in the Charity's events.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Social Work or related disciplines.
