Role Description

We are looking for a self-starting, cheerful, client-centric, and helpful individual to join our team. The Customer Service Executives assist our team of Real Estate Consultants by answering inbound enquiries, qualifying buyers, and coordinating viewings. You will need to be fast, organised, and meticulous when sharing and collecting information from potential buyers. If you have the ability to always smile and strive to make our clients happy, then we want you.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound enquiries from various channels (WhatsApp, SMS, in-house messaging systems, and Phone calls)
• Search for information within our CRM to deliver accurate answers to questions from potential buyers whilst entering any new data into the listings to enrich the information
• Qualify potential buyers expressing interest in Propseller listings
• Coordinate and (re)schedule property viewings for buyers against the schedule of the assigned Real Estate Consultants / internal teams to meet team targets and maximise sales opportunities for each call/enquiry
• Track and update your team tasks and activities through our in-house tech platform
• Produce regular reports and conduct improvement-sharing sessions
• Support ad-hoc tasks and projects from time to time.

Ideal Candidate

You have at least 6 months of working experience, ideally in the customer service field. You are an excellent communicator with a pleasant attitude who takes ownership in answering enquiries and helping customers get the smooth and optimal viewing experience they deserve with us.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent;
• Experience in customer service/sales support/call center would be beneficial
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English as the role requires the candidate to answer enquiries via online chatroom or phone
• Proficient in Google Suite / MS Office and with computers in general
• Able to work 5 days a week (including public holidays and weekends) with 2 fixed off days per week, rotation between 9am-6pm and 12pm-9pm shifts
• Organised and able to multi-task: You are skilled at managing your time, priorities, tasks, and getting things done fast, even when things can be chaotic

Recruiting Process

Part 1 - Online (2 hours)

• 30 min – Introductory Call with Talent Acquisition Associate

• 1 hr – Meeting with our Head of Success & Service and People & Culture Director

Part 2 - In person (1 full day, weekday/weekend)

Compensation

• On-target earnings of $2,800 to $3,100 / month (90% base, 10% variable)
• Uncapped performance-based bonus

• To fill up job order form from various agencies, halfway houses, e2i, yellow ribbon, as well as making contact to get job seeker refer to us.

For Operations

• To monitor the attendance and movement of relief workers.
• To assist in deployment of relief workers.
• To record and consolidate relief workers attendance.
• To discuss on manpower movement for new projects.

For General HR matter ( as and when needed)

• To assist in general HR administration paperwork.
• To attend to any queries / clarifications pertaining to HR matters.

Job Description

• Actively promote company training programs and facilities management services to potential clients
• Able to work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts
• Responsible for running campaigns to attract people to the business' brand, product or service
• Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits
• Monthly sales quota and performance required to achieve
• Involve in events such as road show or virtual | online events

Job Requirement

• Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma or equivalent practical experience
• At least 1 year working experience
• Familiarity and creativity in social-media content creation will be a bonus
• Preferred with information technology (IT) work related experience

• Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm and Sat or Sun: 9am-6pm | 2pm-9pm

Job Duties:

1）Managing the execution Imports & Export LC, LC confirmations, Discounting, Guarantees, Performance Bonds, Tenders etc.

2）Handling LC amendments, reviewing the underlying contracts, checking documentation, negotiating key terms with banks or internal stakeholders.

3）Be the principal and essential intermediary between operators and bank's LC functions as well as front-office.

4）Ensure follow up on all the documentary process and payments; Monitoring the daily financing needs for the Company's trading activities.

5）Working and maintaining relations with our key financing banks and internal stakeholders; Assisting in the structuring of prepayments and project financing structures.

6）Negotiating bilateral trade finance documentation with banks, both in English and Mandarin given the role.

7）Ensure that regulatory, bank's policies, guidelines, controls, and compliance requirements are adhered to. Identify documentary discrepancies, transaction exceptions and/or non-compliance with regulations and escalate them to the relevant parties for resolution.

8）Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1）Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

2）Detailed knowledge of UCP600, ISBP and ISP98 and general commodity trading incoterms

3）1-3 years' experience in Trade Finance/Structured Trade Finance department in the Oil & Gas Industry or Banks

4）Good understanding of physical trading operations and inventory management

5) Meticulous and able to work independently and meet tight deadlines

6) Proficiency in Mandarin to be able to liaise effectively with native Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and to understand Chinese documents

7) Knowledge of hedging, derivatives and prepayment structures, experience in handling LNG transactions would be advantageous.
