The position is business partnering with Wholesale Arm of the company. Regular interactions with stake holders, strong understanding and control over the numbers are must. Ability to work under tight timelines, cost conscious, driving and owning the PnL is a key factors to this role.

Task 1: Accounting

Perform accurate month end account closing activities, reconciliation, analysis. In charge of General ledger, accruals accounting. Prepare/ review key schedules and variance analysis.

Task 2: FP&A and business partnering

Assist in annual budgeting & quarterly forecasting exercise for WS business division. Ensure smooth planning and reporting of consolidated forecast plans using Financial Planning Tool. Monitoring of Actuals vs forecast. Timely flagging of variance and actions to ensure targets are met.

Business partnering to relevant stakeholders, mainly WS for closing, forecasting, budgeting, credit risk assessment, driving collection plans, reviewing customer level margins and credit exposure and ensuring overall compliance to Finance SOPs etc. Ensure sufficiency of credit risk coverage with 3rd party insurer, any other credit risk exposure to follow proper SOPs.

Ensure accurate and overall compliance in export sales to Europe.

Knowledge of handling of export letter of credit is a plus.

Task 3: Reporting
Ensure timely reporting in HFM for Singapore business, performing system run consolidation for EC/RT/WS business on a monthly basis. Own the SG PnL and Balance Sheet reporting to Region, this includes commentaries on m-o-m and y-o-y performance/movements for actuals vs forecast, Intercompany matching and reconciliation as well.

PIC for maintenance of local GL account mapping against Global account codes in Oracle DRM. Overall control in HFM and FPT system. Other ad-hoc reporting requirements from Global/Region, e.g. license, sponsoring, etc.

Task 4: Others

Liaise with internal/external auditors, tax agents, corp secretary, regional and global finance team. Assist in preparation and statutory filling of financial statements. Review and approve payments. Any other tasks as assigned (e.g. stock counts, FA sighting, special projects etc).

Job Descriptions

1. Develop sales and marketing plans to acquire new B2B & B2C customers and drive collaboration with partners through emailing and cold calling.

9. Stay current on industry trends and new or innovative solutions.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma in Marketing or Business Information Technology (BIT) or E-commerce is required with 2 years of prior sale experience. Or Degree in Marketing with 2 years in sale and marketing field.
2. Experience in communicating and presenting to Senior Management Team.
3. Interest in Sales, Technology and Digital solutions.
4. Deep understanding of negotiating techniques and marketing tactics.
5. Knowledge of MS Excel mainly for reporting and documentation.
6. Knowledge of CRM or sales management software is an added advantage.
7. Knowledge of the industrial textile and hardware trading industry will be advantageous.

JD and responsibilities: -

• Maintain P-file and proper documentation
• MOM work pass application for WP, S-Pass & EP
• Prepare and process monthly payroll and submit CPF e-submission
• Prepare and submit yearly Auto-Inclusion (AIS)
• Renew Insurance, insurance claim (WICA, hospitalization) if any
• Any other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned by HOD

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience.
• Minimum Diploma
• Competent in Microsoft Office eg word, excel, familiar in payroll Financio will be a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Reviewing incoming commercial documents for QA Group such as Letter of Intent, Letter of Award, Sub-Contracts, Collaboration Agreements and other commercial documents from Clients and collaboration partners.
• Drafting of outgoing commercial documents for QA Group such as Letter of Intent, Letter of Award, Sub-Contracts, Collaboration Agreements and other commercial documents to sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Facilitate discussion of all contractual documents with the various departments within QA Group.
• Facilitate negotiation of terms and conditions of sub-contracts with Contracting Parties.
• Facilitate signing/e-signing of contract documents by designated authorities and Management.
• Keep progress of tasks up-to-date in Legal & Compliance Department task management applications.
• Work together with Compliance, Administration and Dispute Resolution Teams in commercial, disputes and administrative matters.
• Assist the HOD with dispute resolution.
• Assist the HOD with Legal & Compliance department initiatives and in-house projects.
• Provide administrative and ad-hoc support to the HOD in matters related to the function of the Legal & Compliance Department.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Job Scope:

• Manage and maintain the AV resources and systems in the school.

• Provide AV technical support for school events and classroom activities.

• Perform AV inventory management and maintenance with vendors including procurement of AV resources.

• Assist in the school broadcasting (e.g., TV Broadcast System) and digital learning environment (e.g., Lecture Recording System).

• Guide and supervise students in Public Address / Sound & Lighting system operations.

Working Arrangement

Working Hours:

Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 5 :00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Work with sales and R&D team to establish workflow for new products.
2. Conduct business case analysis for new products to be developed.
3. Develop product pipeline with time lines and identity gaps based on business strategy of the company.
4. Liaise with the relevant functions from concept to launch of product
5. Work with production / suppliers to document relevant product info eg. Prep process, specification, costing, for downstream activities eg. Finance reporting, selling price and more.
6. Identify and develop sources of information for trends in consumer lifestyle, preferences, spending and more.
7. Any other duties assigned by reporting officer of Head of Department.
