WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage day-to-day finance operation, accounting and banking activities of a portfolio of companies to deliver the financial stewardship
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end financial closing with preparation of analytical review, cashflow analysis, accounting schedules and bank reconciliation
• Participate in planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure compliance of financial records and controls with corporate, statutory & regulatory requirements
• Lead external audit and prepare Financial Statements
• Handle corporate secretarial activities
• Proactively document, review and suggest improvement to finance process and governance practices to stay effective and efficient
• Provide team leadership to guide and grow junior members

WHO YOU ARE

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related disciplines
• Accountancy qualification preferred
• 5 years’ working experience gained in finance operation, reporting and/or controlling roles within business environments with progressive finance practices
• Technically competent in accounting with working knowledge of financial control and corporate governance

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform Human Resource tasks, duties, and general admin roles.
• Handle staff onboarding and offboarding process end-to-end cycle together with Talent Acquisition Executives.
• Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records, i.e. transfer, promotion, resignation, unpaid leaves, shift codes etc.
• Upkeep and maintenance of employees’ personnel files.
• Responsible for company insurance renewal and claims.
• Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and company events as required.
• Assist in implementing and handling staff performance management, appraisal, etc.
• Handle staff incentive calculation and verification, etc.
• Handle all workpass applications, renewal, cancellations, booking air tickets and levy matters, etc.
• Update employee data and information on the government’s website, e,g., MOM.
• Submission of documents according to government’s requirements.
• Implement staff engagement activities and keep track of the outcome and effectiveness and outcome.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with min 2 years of working experience in HR.
• High level of integrity with a positive work attitude

• IT Savvy

About the job

Reporting to the RVP, ISV Sales APAC, this position is needed to manage relationships with some of our largest current Communications platform customers who consume our messaging, voice and email services. You will be directly responsible for protecting and growing Twilio’s communications business across your assigned customers in India. As a Strategic Account Executive, you will drive highly analytical and consultative sales cycles (upsell and cross sell) with customers that are running large scale, global, competitively sourced, compliance-heavy, use case-specific businesses. This role is cross functional dependent, and your success will depend on building deep partnerships across product management, finance, support, and operations.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

• Work closely with Twilio executives, compliance, go to market and product marketing to build and implement ISV strategies to increase Twilio’s market share and brand awareness.
• Manage and expand some of our most important customer accounts, including financial services, high growth technology, logistics, and fintech companies.
• Develop, drive, and execute account strategy to consistently deliver strong revenue through upsell and cross sell, gross margin, and gross profit results.
• Master creating pricing proposals, negotiating terms and managing the contract process.
• Able to balance challenging priorities and handle multiple projects/deals.
• Develop and execute on a comprehensive territory plan.
